SCHOOL Menopause
Menopause School, to inform menopausal women, for the period

Menopause School provides
support by teaching ways to cope with the physiological and psychological problems that may occur in premenopausal, menopause and post-menopausal women
.
Menopause School trainings are
carried out once a week for 2 hours and 5 weeks . 1 hour theoretical inter-active training, 1 hour muscle, breathing, kegel and
relaxation exercises are made in the form. It is a free training program.
