PROF. DR. LEVENT YILIK
He was born in Antalya at 1965. He had attended to primary, secondary and high school at Antalya. After graduating from Medical Faculty of Akdeniz University at 1988, He had begun his residency of Cardiovascular Surgery at İzmir Atatürk Education and Research Hospital at 1989. During his residency, he had been in Mayo Clinic-Rochester, Minnesota and University of Alabama-Alabama. He graduated from İzmir Atatürk Education and Research Hospital at 1994.
He completed his military service between 1995 and 1996 at Diyarbakır Military Hospital. Had worked as specialist, resident chief and Vice-Chief of Service at İzmir Atatürk Education and Research Hospital between 1996 and 2013, respectively. He earned associate professor degree in 2006. He was assigned as associate professor to Izmir Katip Çelebi University Cardiovascular Surgery Department at 2013.
He has 64 international scientific articles, 207 international abstracts, 68 national articles and 169 national abstracts. He is interested in endovascular surgery, heart failure surgery, aortic surgery and coronary artery bypass surgery. He is married and has one child.
